For PE-backed HVAC, plumbing and electrical platforms
Every shop you buy runs its own system.
The same engine we built for insurance roll-ups, set up for home services. Each acquired shop’s exports go in: customers, locations, equipment, technicians and membership agreements. Your platform’s layout comes out, with every problem flagged and every shop on one dashboard.
01What it does
Before the move to your field-service system
Maps each shop’s export
Customers, service locations, equipment and agreements, from whatever field-service system or spreadsheet the shop ran, into your platform’s standard.
Flags what needs a person
The same customer under two spellings, locations with no customer, equipment with no location, technicians not on your roster, agreements with no renewal date.
Keeps the mapping
The next shop on the same system starts from it, and every decision a person made on a flagged row survives a re-run.
Puts the shop in your numbers
Revenue, memberships and technicians by shop, next to the rest of the platform, before the system move is done.

03The proof
Watch it run on a fictional platform
Quillfield Home Services Partners, a fictional PE-backed platform, and the three shops it just bought, each exporting from a differently laid out field-service system. All data is fictional. The recordings, with captions
The 60-second version
Three shops’ exports mapped, checked and on one dashboard.

The whole run, captioned, no sound.
04How it starts
One acquisition, for a fixed fee
It starts with a paid two-week diagnostic on one recent acquisition or a de-identified sample, ending with a data map, an error report and a fixed quote for the build. The engine runs in accounts your company owns, and your team or your field-service vendor’s onboarding still does the final import.
