Loadbearing Software builds software on top of the systems businesses already run. It is operated by Pest Leads Pro LLC, 9155 Beloit Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455. This page says what we hold, where it comes from, who handles it for us, and how to make us stop.

If you visit this website

Cloudflare hosts the site and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you. The site has no advertising pixels, no session recording and no chat widget. It does not track you across other sites, so it treats browsers with Do Not Track on the same as any other.

If you book a call

The booking page is run by Cal.com. It keeps what you enter there (your name, email, phone number, company and whether you agreed to texts) and puts the call on our Google calendar. Texts about your booking follow the SMS terms. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

If we contact you about your business

We hold:

• Your name, job title and the company you work for.
• Your business email address and business phone number, if we found them.
• The address of your public LinkedIn profile, if we found it. We read the public parts of that profile (your role, your company, what you post about your work) to write a note to you, and keep only the address and whether you connected.
• Short notes about your company taken from its public website (for example, how customers place orders).
• The emails and LinkedIn messages we sent you and any replies you sent us, and notes from a call if we spoke.

It comes from your company’s own website and other public pages, and from two contact-data services (Hunter and Prospeo) that find business email addresses. Every address is checked by an email verification service (Reoon or ZeroBounce) before we write to it. We do not buy lists, guess email addresses, or sell or rent anything we hold.

Our emails are plain text, with no tracking pixel and no tracked links. If you never reply, we stop after a short series: four emails, and never more than six.

Who handles it for us

• Google Workspace: sends and receives our email and holds our calendar.
• Unipile: connects our founder’s own LinkedIn account so we can send connection requests and messages.
• Supabase: the database where outreach records are stored.
• Anthropic: reads a reply you send us so it can be sorted (for example, "interested" or "please stop"). An automated reply always says it is automated.
• Discord: carries internal notes to our founder about whom to call.
• Cal.com: runs our booking page.
• Buffer: publishes our own social media posts. It holds nothing about you.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and counts visits.
• Hunter, Prospeo, Reoon and ZeroBounce: find and verify business email addresses.

How to make us stop

Reply "stop" to any email or LinkedIn message, use the Unsubscribe button your email app shows on our message, or write to [email protected]. You are removed at once, on email and LinkedIn alike, and the removal is permanent.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address. We keep only what the do-not-contact list needs (your email address, phone number or profile address) so that a stop request holds.
