These terms cover your use of this website, loadbearingsoftware.com. Loadbearing Software is operated by Pest Leads Pro LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Information, not advice

The site describes our services and publishes articles for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or insurance advice. Using the site, booking a call or writing to us does not make you a client. Client work starts only under a signed agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, governs it.

Our content and acceptable use

We or our licensors own the site, including its text, recordings, design and code. You may read, link to and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy or reuse the site’s HTML, CSS, JavaScript or visual design, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Do not use the site unlawfully, try to break or overload it, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites we do not control, such as our booking page and published sources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you or anyone else for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, use or data, arising from the site or these terms, under any theory of liability, even if told such damages were possible. Our total liability for anything arising from the site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

If your use of the site in breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees.

Law and venue

Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms goes to the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here, and the date above shows when. If we do not enforce a provision at some point, that does not waive it. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
