Diagnostic, then one build, then a fee per acquisition.

Each step is small enough for one executive to approve, and each one ends in something you can open and check.

The three steps

  1. Paid diagnostic

    $4,500 to $7,500, two weeks

On one recent acquisition or a de-identified sample, with no access to your live systems. You get a data map against your standard format, an error report, a working conversion prototype and a fixed quote for the build. The fee is credited toward the build if you sign within 60 days. What the diagnostic includes

  2. One bounded build

    $15,000 to $30,000

One acquired agency’s AMS export, commission statements and producer data converted into your format, with conversion errors flagged and a cross-agency dashboard. Paid by milestone. An independent security review before launch is its own line on the quote.

  3. Each later acquisition

A fixed fee per agency, set in the quote

Every new agency runs through the same engine: its exports converted, checked and handed to your team in your import format. The engine is kept as a template, so each run is mostly checking, not building.

Terms, in plain words

Your accounts

Hosting, database and domain are opened in your company’s name, with me as an administrator.

Ownership

You own the work built for you once it is paid in full. The reusable engine underneath is licensed to you.

Payment

The diagnostic and the build are paid by ACH or wire. The build is paid by milestone, and work on the next milestone starts when the last one is paid.

Changes

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted as a change order before it starts.

Questions platforms ask

Do you need API access to our agency management system?

No. The engine works from the exports your systems already produce and from your platform’s own import paths, so it does not depend on a vendor API. The diagnostic confirms which exports and import paths fit your setup.

Can the diagnostic run without our client data?

Yes. It can run on a de-identified sample, or inside your own environment, without access to your live systems.

We already use a conversion vendor. Does this replace it?

No. Your conversion vendor moves the book into one system. The engine gives you the view across every agency while that is happening, reconciles the commissions and produces the error report.

Who does the work?

I do: Abe Harbid. I build with AI engineering tools and review everything before it ships, and each build gets an independent security review before launch.

How long does the build take?

The diagnostic takes two weeks. The build’s timeline is set in the diagnostic’s quote, because it depends on your exports and the scope.

Who owns what is built?

You own the work built for you once it is paid in full. The reusable engine underneath is licensed to you.

For owner-led companies

Customer and vendor portals for distributors, trucking and logistics firms and oilfield services companies start with a two-week audit, $5,000 to $7,500, credited toward the build. The first portal or workflow is quoted after the audit. Custom portals for Chicago companies
